Frequently Asked Questions
Slot Questions
Free spins are generally available in three ways — when specific scatter symbols land during a game, as part of a bonus offer, or through a special promotion. Winnings from free spins usually go to your bonus balance and can be withdrawn after meeting the wagering requirements. Read the details of the relevant offer for specific terms.
Volatility describes how a game pays out rewards. Low volatility games pay out frequently but in smaller amounts — good for those who want to play for a long time. High volatility games pay out less often, but the rewards can be large when you do win. Choose based on your budget and patience — l89w has both types of games.
RTP (Return to Player) is an indicator of a slot game's long-term average return. For example, if a game has an RTP of 96%, it means that over a long period of play, an average of ৳96 is returned for every ৳100 wagered. However, this does not determine the outcome of any individual session — every spin is completely independent, and RTP does not guarantee a win.
If you want to play on a limited budget, choose low volatility games, as they pay out small rewards frequently and help your balance last longer. Pick games with a minimum coin value and manage your bet size on each spin. l89w has games supporting a range of bet sizes that are suitable for players with smaller budgets.
In a progressive jackpot game, a small portion of every player's every bet is added to a central jackpot pool. The more people play, the bigger the pool grows. When specific conditions are met, one lucky player wins this huge prize. After the jackpot is won, the pool starts again from zero.
VIP & Cashback
The l89w VIP program includes weekly cashback, personalized offers, faster withdrawal processing, and dedicated support. The cashback rate increases as you move to higher tiers. VIP members get priority access to special promotions and may get the chance to use new l89w features first.
VIP points accumulate automatically as you play regularly. The more active you are, the faster you can advance to the next tier. l89w tracks your progress and upgrades your tier as soon as you qualify. Contact the support team for more details.
At a set time each week, cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on your net losses from the previous week and added directly to your account balance. You generally do not need to make a separate claim to receive cashback — it is applied automatically.
l89w has five VIP tiers in total, each with a different weekly cashback rate:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
How to Deposit Money
Log in to l89w, go to the payment page, and select the bKash option. Follow the instructions shown and send money using "Send Money" from your bKash app or menu. Once the transaction is complete, the balance will be added to your l89w account. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
Yes, Nagad is one of the supported payment methods at l89w. Select Nagad from the payment page, make the payment to the number shown via the Nagad app or dial, and confirm the reference number. Deposits are usually reflected within a few minutes. The minimum deposit amount for Nagad is also ৳200.
l89w does not charge any deposit fees itself. However, your payment service provider (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may deduct their own transaction charges. For bank transfers, your bank's fee policy may apply. Find out about your payment provider's charges before making a deposit.
l89w currently supports four payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (via major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Both deposits and withdrawals can be made through all four methods.
The minimum deposit across all payment methods is ৳200. For withdrawals, the minimum amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process, so please allow some time after submitting your request.
Bonuses & Offers
A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to wager before you can withdraw bonus money. At l89w, this is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x requirement, you need to wager a total of ৳10,000, after which you can withdraw winnings from the bonus.
Yes, every bonus has a specific validity period. If wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled. So before activating a bonus, check the expiry period stated in the terms and conditions and try to complete the wagering on time.
Yes, the option to cancel a bonus is generally available. If you want to withdraw cash without a bonus, contact the support team. However, keep in mind that cancelling a bonus may also cancel any winnings earned from that bonus. Read the terms and conditions before making a decision.
No, the welcome bonus is available only once per account — at the time of the first deposit. Creating multiple accounts to misuse bonuses is a violation of l89w's rules and may result in account closure. Other regular promotions and VIP offers are always available for existing members.
After logging in to l89w for the first time, a 100% welcome bonus is automatically activated when you deposit a minimum of ৳200. The maximum bonus amount is ৳10,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and you get a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance becomes ৳2,000. Deposit ৳22,000 or more and you receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳32,000. Wagering requirement is 10x (on the bonus amount).
